• Assist with application design
• Develop, test and document applications while staying within project timelines and budgets
• Work close with project manager to ensure that all aspects of the project and programming documentation are created and maintained
• Track time at a detail level
• Identifies opportunities for enhancements and refinements to standards and processes
• Identifies follow-on projects and bring to attention of Project Manager
• Participate in networking activities to support business development

• 2+ years prior experience as a developer
• Full-time or Part-time (minimum 24 hours per week)
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with Microsoft development technologies (.Net / SQL Server)
• Preferred:  Experience with CodeSmith, Team Foundation Server, SiteFinity and SharePoint development
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Clear & articulate communication skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts
• Self-managed, highly motivated and has a strong drive for results
• Ability to organize & prioritize
