Greg Woodard co-founded Woodmark Technologies and is currently in charge of business development and is a developer emeritus (meaning he still geeks out from time to time).

Greg worked for Arthur Andersen in the Business Systems Consulting practice which specialized in IT projects from inside the Audit Division. Prior to creating Woodmark Technologies, Greg went on to serve as MIS Director at Management Compensation Group and provided support for the infrastructure and custom applications written to administer non-qualified benefit plans.

Greg received a BA in Business Honors/Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mark Bittle co-founded Woodmark Technologies and is primarily responsible for business operations and service delivery.

Mark started his career at Arthur Andersen in the Advanced Systems Center running a worldwide networking help desk. From there he moved into Andersen's Business Systems Consulting division where he and partner Greg Woodard were the first two technical Senior level consultants doing custom application development.

After becoming a Financial Services Technology Manager, Mark joined Platinum Software to grow the London office. Later, Mark rejoined Andersen Consulting as the Operations Manager at the Multimedia Factory.

Mark received a BA in Computer Studies and Economics from Northwestern University. He was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta honor society, Delta Upsilon fraternity and academic All-Big Ten member of the track team.
